1. Program Description

Best Studio Ever ("we," "us," or "our"), and its entity brands Barbella Studios, Deep Roots Tattoo, High Priestess, HTC Studios, Laughing Buddha Tattoo, and Ten Tigers Body Piercing (collectively under the single brand umbrella, "Best Studio Ever"), offers an SMS/MMS text message marketing program (the "Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Messages sent through this Program may include:

• Promotional offers, discounts, and special events
• Studio announcements, new artist introductions, and featured work
• Flash sale notifications and limited-time booking opportunities
• Seasonal campaigns and loyalty rewards
• General marketing communications about our services

Message frequency will vary based on promotions and studio activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for and cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS marketing messages from Best Studio Ever Brands by any of the following methods:

• Completing a sign-up form on our website or at any studio location
• Texting a designated keyword to our short code or long code
• Providing your mobile phone number and affirmative consent during a booking or consultation
• Subscribing through a digital or in-person promotional campaign

By opting in, you represent that: (a) you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to subscribe; (b) you are 18 years of age or older; and (c) you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Best Studio Ever Brands at the phone number provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. How to Opt Out (Cancel)

You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time. To opt out:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from Best Studio Ever Brands. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in.

To re-subscribe after opting out, you may text START or YES to the same number, or opt in again through any of the methods described in Section 2.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Best Studio Ever Brands is not responsible for charges incurred through your wireless carrier. If you are unsure about your plan's messaging rates, please contact your wireless carrier before opting in.

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary and is not guaranteed on all networks.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and any personal information you provide when opting into this Program will be used solely to send you marketing communications as described in these Terms. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent, except:

• As required by applicable law or legal process
• To service providers who assist us in operating this Program and who are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets

7. Program Terms & Limitations

This Program is available to U.S. residents only. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the Program for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Program

Best Studio Ever Brands reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer

THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. BEST STUDIO EVER BRANDS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DELAYS, FAILURES, OR ERRORS IN MESSAGE DELIVERY, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED BY WIRELESS CARRIERS OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
