Check ups & Downsizing
We'll typically want to see you back about 4-6 weeks after your piercing. At this time, we can shorten studs, as needed, as the initial swelling starts to go down. Don't hesitate to call or visit us if you're having problems anytime throughout the healing process.

Appointments are seen before walk-ins. Walk-ins are seen as time between appointments allows. Please contact the studio for info on availability and approximate wait-times.
Aftercare & Healing
To help your piercing heal smoothly, we recommend that you: use Neilmed saline solution as instructed by your piercer, avoid touching or messing with your piercing, and do not go swimming until your piercing is fully healed.

Appointments are available, and walk-ins are welcome seven days a week on a first-come, first-served basis as time allows. Booking ahead is recommended to help reduce wait time.
HTC typically recommends returning about 4–6 weeks after your piercing. A piercer can check how it is healing and shorten the jewelry if needed as swelling decreases.
Appointments are required for children ages 5–12. Not every piercer works with children as young as 5, so call 602-942-8810 before booking to confirm availability.
